I would love to see small businesses in North Alabama, especially Athens and Limestone County, to thrive! Also I want to be a good community member and highlight the North Alabama small businesses that are. With over 25 years in marketing and over 15 years experience in social media and brand strategy I am the perfect fit to guide the leaders and small business owners to market themselves.
About Me
While I was born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky I was raised right here in Limestone County since I was 8 months old. I graduated from West Limestone High School (Go Wildcats!) before I left to go to college in Atlanta. Through my career, I've traveled to all 50 states and residing in 6 of them but North Alabama will always be home.
I have 25 years in marketing and over 15 years in social media and digital marketing. I also have 20+ years experience in client/fan customer service.
The majority of my experience has been in the music industry working with artist such as Rodney Atkins, Jana Kramer & Dierks Bentley. Along with those artist I also helped to promote and plan a multitude of shows, events and charitable fundraisers raising in excess of 2.2 million dollars in the last 20 years.
I worked hard to gain as much hands on experience, deep knowledge and an excellent grasp on the ever changing understanding of digital marketing. Once I was able to work from anywhere with an internet connection, I came back home to Athens.
I'm still very passionate about music and the arts and cultivating both of those. But I'm also equally passionate about helping the hidden gems of small businesses in Athens & Limestone County shine just as bright as those in larger cities around us.
